Wholesale Transaction definition

Wholesale Transaction means any transaction involving the transmission or sale for resale of electricity in interstate commerce that utilizes any portion of the Transmission System.

Wholesale Transaction means any transaction involving the transmission or sale for resale of electricity in interstate commerce that utilizes any portion of the Transmission System.
