Wholesale Subscriber means a Subscriber which has its billing account with a [**] of Sprint (i.e., the end-user customer referred to in 6.D.8.4 below).
Wholesale distributor means any person engaged in wholesale distribution of prescription drugs
Active Subscriber “means a Subscriber who has been authorized to receive signals of subscribed Zee Group Channels as per the subscriber management system and whose set top box has not been denied signals.
Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.
retail investor means a person who is one (or more) of the following:
Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.
the Buyer means the person who accepts a quotation or offer of the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller;
Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”
wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;
The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.
Residential Subscriber means any Person who receives Cable Service delivered to Dwelling Units or Multiple Dwelling Units, excluding such Multiple Dwelling Units billed on a bulk-billing basis.
Wholesale dealer means any dealer who deals in, or who holds a licence under any law to deal in, as the case may be, wholesale quantities of goods, and the business and stock of a wholesale dealer shall be deemed to include the business and stocks of any retail dealer who conducts business on the same premises on which the wholesale dealer conducts his or her business; and
Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Sprint provides at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers as set forth in 47 USC § 251(c)(4) which Sprint provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.
Distributor means a person who distributes.
Investor is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.
Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.
First purchaser means the first buyer of a manufactured item that contains ferrous or nonferrous metal in a retail or business-to-business transaction. A person that purchases scrap metal, or other property described in section 10, in violation of this act, or an automotive recycler, pawnshop, scrap metal recycler, or scrap processor is not considered a first purchaser.
Retail seller means any person that sells any dangerous drug to consumers without assuming control over and responsibility for its administration. Mere advice or instructions regarding administration do not constitute control or establish responsibility.
The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.

Wholesaler means any person, other than a vintner, brewer or bottler of beer or wine, who shall sell, barter, exchange, offer for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, deal or traffic in alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A wholesaler shall not sell for consumption upon the premises.
the Seller means the person so described in the Order;
DGS&D means Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals
Subscribed Channels means the a-la-carte channels and/or the bouquet of pay channels subscribed by the Licensee (from amongst the Channels), as are specifically identified by the Licensee by assigning tick marks (✔) as yes against such a-la-carte channels and bouquet of pay channels listed in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively.
Selling Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).
