The Purchaser shall assume the trust obligations of the Vendors under the trust declarations and agreements in respect of the White Map Area or portion thereof, and the Parties shall enter into such Conveyance Documents as are necessary to effect the transfer of such obligations to the Purchaser effective as the Effective Time.

From the date hereof to the Closing Date, Vendor shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to secure the consent of Third Parties to Purchaser's use of or access to seismic data (the "Additional Seismic Data") which: (a) relates to the White Map Area; (b) is co-owned by Vendor; (c) is subject to Third Party restrictions on use or disclosure; and (d) has been requested in writing by Purchaser.
