Cannabis concentrate means cannabis that has undergone a process to concentrate one or more active cannabinoids, thereby increasing the product’s potency. Resin from granular trichomes from a cannabis plant is a concentrate for purposes of this division. A cannabis concentrate is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

Medical marijuana concentrate means a specific subset of Medical Marijuana that was produced by extracting Cannabinoids from Medical Marijuana. Categories of Medical Marijuana Concentrate include Water-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Food-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Solvent-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, and Heat/Pressure- Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate.
Cannabinoid edible means food or potable liquid into which a cannabinoid concentrate, cannabinoid extract or dried marijuana leaves or flowers have been incorporated.
Tetrahydrocannabinol means the natural or synthetic equivalents of the substances contained in the plant, or in the resinous extractives of, Cannabis sativa, or any synthetic substances, compounds, salts, or derivatives of the plant or chemicals and their isomers with similar chemical structure and pharmacological activity.
iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;
Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by eight hundred seventy-seven thousandths plus the percentage of weight of tetrahydrocannabinol.
Cannabinoid means any of the chemical compounds that are the active constituents of marijuana.
In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.
median concentration means that half of the homes in a county are expected to be below this value and half to be above it. All houses contain some radon, and a few houses will contain much more than the median concentration. The only way to accurately assess long-term exposure to radon in a specific house is through long-term testing (sampling the indoor air for a year or more). Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
Compound of Concern means a contaminant that, based on generally available information, may be emitted to the atmosphere in a quantity from any source at the Facility that is significant either in comparison to the relevant Ministry Point of Impingement Limit or if a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not available for the compound then, based on generally available toxicological information, the compound has the potential to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA at a Point of Impingement.
Concentrate means the product of a process of extraction of metal or a metallic mineral from mineral ore that results in substantial enrichment of the metal or metallic mineral concerned;

Multi-purpose Lubricant means any lubricant designed for general purpose lubrication, or for use in a wide variety of applications. “Multi-purpose Lubricant” does not include “Multi-purpose Dry Lubricants”, “Penetrants”, or “Silicone-based Multi-purpose Lubricants”.
Behind The Meter Generation shall refer to a generation unit that delivers energy to load without using the Transmission System or any distribution facilities (unless the entity that owns or leases the distribution facilities has consented to such use of the distribution facilities and such consent has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection); provided, however, that Behind The Meter Generation does not include (i) at any time, any portion of such generating unit’s capacity that is designated as a Generation Capacity Resource; or (ii) in an hour, any portion of the output of such generating unit that is sold to another entity for consumption at another electrical location or into the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
