Examples of Where the Authority in a sentence

  • Where the Authority has entered into a transaction denominated in a foreign currency, the transaction is converted into sterling at the exchange rate applicable on the date the transaction was effective.

  • Where the Authority terminates the Contract under Clause10.3 (Break), (subject to Clause 9), the Authority shall indemnify the Supplier against any commitments, liabilities or expenditure which would otherwise represent an unavoidable loss by the Supplier by reason of the termination of the Contract, provided that the Supplier takes all reasonable steps to mitigate such loss.
