Wheel lift definition

Wheel lift means a device used for towing Vehicles by lifting one end of the Towed Vehicle by the wheels;
Wheel lift means a device used for the towing of vehicles by lifting the vehicle by any or all of its wheels;
Wheel lift means an electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical device attached to the rear of a tow truck used to lift the front or rear of a vehicle by its tires or wheels.
