WhatsApp User definition
WhatsApp User means an End-User who has downloaded the WhatsApp App to his/her device and has expressed its consent to receive WhatsApp Traffic from Client. Each WhatsApp user is defined by the MSISDN used to register in WhatsApp App.
WhatsApp User means an End User of the WhatsApp Application categorised by WhatsApp as an EEA user.
