  • A QSE representing a WGR may override the STWPF HSL value but must submit an HSL value that is less than or equal to the amount for that Resource from the most recent STWPF provided by ERCOT; a QSE representing a PVGR may override the STPPF HSL value but must submit an HSL value that is less than or equal to the amount for that Resource from the most recent STPPF provided by ERCOT.

  • The energy supply curves will be calculated beginning at the sum of the LSLs and ending at the sum of the HSLs for WGRs with Energy Offer Curves, with the dispatch for each WGR constrained between the WGR’s LSL and HSL.

  • The QSE may submit a lower operating level than the WGRPP forecast in the WGR Resource Plan if the WGR has communicated that it will be unavailable or operating at a reduced capability during an Operating Period which the forecast did not anticipate.

  • If the Existing Non-Exempt WGR’s engineering study results or testing results indicate that the WGR is not able to provide Reactive Power capability that meets the triangle profile described in paragraph (a) above, then the Existing Non-Exempt WGR will take steps necessary to meet that Reactive Power requirement depicted graphically as a triangle by a date mutually agreed upon by the Existing Non-Exempt WGR and ERCOT.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • TRS means a taxable REIT subsidiary (as defined in Section 856(l) of the Code) of the General Partner.

  • SPE means (i) an entity formed for the purpose of holding, acquiring, constructing, developing or improving assets whose acquisition, construction, development or improvement will be financed by Specified SPE Debt or equity investments in such entity or (ii) an entity acquired by the Restricted Parent or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Restricted Parent whose outstanding Indebtedness is all Specified SPE Debt.

  • WTI means West Texas Intermediate and is a grade of crude oil used as a common benchmark in oil pricing. WTI is a sweet crude oil and has a relatively low density.

  • LP means the aggregate quantity of Lost Production during such Month (expressed in MWh) and

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • PAA means Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Borrower Partnership Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Borrower dated as of January 17, 2014 as such agreement may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time with the consent of the Administrative Agent or as permitted under Section 10.10.

  • Operating Partnership Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Operating Partnership, as amended from time to time.

  • CLO Asset Manager means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, the entity that is responsible for managing or administering the underlying assets of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, the assets of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the Directing Holder).

  • Natural parent means a minor's biological or adoptive parent, and includes the minor's noncustodial parent.

  • Net Energy The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Net Energy" the equivalent of "Actual Output."

  • Holdings LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Holdings dated as of the Closing Date.

  • MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.

  • CFS means cubic feet per second.

  • Operating Lessee means, with respect to a Hotel Property, the Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor that leases such Hotel Property from a Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor that is the owner or ground lessee of such Hotel Property.
