FBS will maintain and provide records and reports reflecting the calculation of all commissions paid to, and any other cash and non-cash compensation (collectively "Commissions"), received by WFS'S registered representatives and the details of the transactions upon which such Commissions are based, and will respond to any inquiries about Commission payments, pursuant to this section.
