WFHM Servicing Agreement. The Servicing Agreement providing for the servicing of the Type 1 Mortgage Loans initially by WFHM.

WFHM Servicing Agreement. Solely with respect to the WFHM Serviced Mortgage Loans, the Seller’s Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2002, between the Transferor and WFHM, as amended by the First Addendum, dated as of January 1, 2003, and as the same may be further amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances relating to the WFHM Serviced Mortgage Loans.

WFHM Servicing Agreement. The Master Seller's Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2003, between the Seller and WFHM, which is attached hereto as Exhibit H-8, as modified by the related Assignment Agreement.

Examples of WFHM Servicing Agreement in a sentence

• In the event that WFHM fails to make a Periodic Advance required to be made pursuant to the WFHM Servicing Agreement on or before the Distribution Date, the Trustee shall make a Periodic Advance as required by Section 3.03 hereof; provided, however, the Trustee shall not be required to make such Periodic Advances if prohibited by law or if it determines that such Periodic Advance would be a Nonrecoverable Advance.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that (i) WFHM fails to make any advance, as a consequence of which the Trustee is obligated to make an advance pursuant to Section 3.03 and (ii) the Trustee provides WFHM written notice of the failure to make such advance and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 15 days after receipt of such notice, the Trustee shall terminate the WFHM Servicing Agreement without the recommendation of the Master Servicer.

• In the event WFHM fails to make any required Periodic Advances of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan as required by the WFHM Servicing Agreement prior to the Distribution Date occurring in the month during which such Periodic Advance is due, the Trustee shall, to the extent required by Section 8.14, make such Periodic Advance to the extent provided hereby, provided that the Trustee has previously received the certificate of the Master Servicer described in the following sentence.

• In the event WFHM fails to make any required Periodic Advances of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan as required by the WFHM Servicing Agreement prior to the Distribution Date occurring in the month during which such Periodic Advance is due, the Trustee shall, to the extent required by Section 8.15, make such Periodic Advance to the extent provided hereby, provided that the Trustee has previously received the certificate of the Master Servicer described in the following sentence.
