WF Fee Letter definition

WF Fee Letter means that certain Fee Letter dated as of April 6, 2011 among Holdings, Borrowers, Xxxxx Fargo Capital Finance, LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association.

  • Applicable Letter of Credit Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Letter of Credit Fee.” Applicable Margin shall mean, as applicable:

  • Commitment Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

  • Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.

  • Credit Line Agreement means the related credit line account agreement for a Mortgage Loan executed by the related mortgagor and any amendment or modification of it.

  • Credit Facility Agreement means the Credit Facility and Reimbursement Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007, between the Bond Bank and the Bank providing for the timely payment, when due, of a portion of the principal of and interest on the Notes, all subject to such conditions and under such terms as described in Article X of the Indenture.

  • Debt Commitment Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.
