Wet places definition

Wet places means places where, in the performance of the work the splashing of water and mud saturate the worker’s clothing or where protection is not provided to prevent splashings or dripping sufficient to saturate his/her clothing, and shall include wet material or wet ground in which it is impracticable for the worker wearing ordinary working boots to work without getting wet feet. Provided that this clause shall not apply to workers working on wet surfaces made wet by rain.
