Wet Hire definition

Wet Hire means that the Equipment is hired with an operator who shall at all times remain an employee of the Supplier.
Wet Hire means the hire or loan of Goods or Facilities where the Supplier also provides (directly or indirectly) staff (including independent sub-contractors) and/or operators and for the avoidance of doubt shall include the provision of Goods and/or Facilities to perform Services; and
Wet Hire means the hire of any Plant and Equipment together with an Operator for that Plant and Equipment.

  • All Wet Hire Contractors are expected to have participated and satisfactorily completed the CENTROC Group Councils Site Induction process.

  • Except in the case where this Agreement is a Wet Hire and any damage is caused to the Equipment by reason of the negligence of the operator of the Equipment, the Hirer must provide written notice as soon as practicable to EMJC in the event that there is any significant or serious damage or disrepair to the Equipment (including any corrosion or damage to the Equipment caused by salt water) or the operation of the Equipment.

  • Where this Agreement is a Wet Hire and the Equipment becomes unusable or unsafe to operate, EMJC reserves the right to immediately stop using the Equipment and take reasonable steps to re-engage the Equipment as soon as practical.

  • If supplied under Wet Hire the Supplier must ensure that the relevant Plant/Equipment is turned off during any non- working time, including but not limited to Site meetings, meal and rest breaks.
