Wet File definition

Wet File means, with respect to a Wet Loan, the documents and instruments relating to such Mortgage Loan and set forth in the Customer Guide for Wet Loans.
Wet File means, with respect to a Wet Mortgage Loan, the documents and instruments relating to such Mortgage Loan and set forth in the TIAA Bank Warehouse Customer Guide.

Examples of Wet File in a sentence

  • Seller shall have delivered to Custodian, in accordance with the timeframes set forth in the Custodial Agreement, with respect to each Mortgage Loan subject to the requested Transaction (a) which is not a Wet Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage File with respect to each such Mortgage Loan and (b) with respect to each Wet Mortgage Loan, (1) the Wet File with respect to each such Mortgage Loan and (2) on or prior to the Wet Delivery Deadline, the Mortgage File.

  • In connection with the sale, transfer, conveyance and assignment of Purchased Mortgage Loans, on or prior to each Purchase Date, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered and released to Custodian, as custodian for Buyer, the Mortgage File or Wet File, as applicable for the related Purchased Mortgage Loans.

  • In connection with the sale, transfer, conveyance and assignment of Purchased Mortgage Loans, on or prior to each Purchase Date in accordance with the terms of the Custodial Agreement and the TIAA Bank Warehouse Customer Guide, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered and released to Custodian, as custodian for Buyer, the Mortgage File or Wet File, as applicable for the related Purchased Mortgage Loans.

  • In connection with the sale, transfer, conveyance and assignment of Purchased Mortgage Loans, on or prior to each Purchase Date, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered and released to Buyer or its designee the Mortgage File or Wet File, as applicable for the related Purchased Mortgage Loans all as more particularly described in the Customer Guide.

  • In connection with the sale, transfer, conveyance and assignment of Purchased Mortgage Loans, on or prior to each Purchase Date in accordance with the terms of the Custodial Agreement and the Warehouse Customer Guide, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered and released to Custodian, as custodian for the Administrative Agent, the Mortgage File or Wet File, as applicable for the related Purchased Mortgage Loans.

  • In connection with the sale, transfer, conveyance and assignment of Purchased Mortgage Loans, on or prior to each Purchase Date, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered and released to Buyer or its designee the Mortgage File or Wet File, as applicable for the related Purchased Mortgage Loans.

  • The applicable Seller shall have delivered to Buyer (A) with respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan which is not a Wet Mortgage Loan, by 1:00 p.m. (New York Time) on the Purchase Date, the Mortgage File, and (B) with respect to each Wet Mortgage Loan, (y) by no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York Time) on the Purchase Date, the Wet File, and (z) on or prior to the Wet Delivery Deadline, the Mortgage File.

  • The Customer is not entitled to issue instructions to Siemens Energy´s employees.

Related to Wet File

  • Asset File shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Retained Mortgage File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file consisting of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed as items 6 through 12 of Exhibit C attached hereto. Securities Act: The Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Trustee Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Trustee Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Servicing Records shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.14(b) hereof.

  • CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
