WESA's Board of Directors is comprised of the District's Board of Directors and WESA provides services almost entirely to the District.
SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES (CONTINUED): In May 2013, the District and WESA formed the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Financing Authority (EVMWDFA) to facilitate a pooled refunding of existing Community Facilities District (CFD) Bonds.
Employees are paid the savings benefit at the rate of pay the employees were earning on their last day of employment with WESA.
With approval of these operating agreements, District employees were transferred to WESA.
The purpose of WESA is to provide professional water and wastewater employee services to both agencies.
