Well Property definition

Well Property means the property at the wellhead of, and otherwise associated with, the ▇▇▇▇▇, or any of them.
Well Property. A parcel of approximately four (4) acres, preliminarily depicted on Exhibit “B” attached hereto, which real property shall be the site of the Well Facilities. The parties understand that the exact configuration and location of the Well Property will reflect the requirements of Minnesota governmental agencies, including the Minnesota Department of Health and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources having jurisdiction of the development of water supplies, having regard for the need for a well head protection area.
Well Property. As provided in the 2003 Agreement, a parcel of approximately four (4) acres, preliminarily depicted on Exhibit “B” attached hereto, which real property is the site of the Well Facilities.

Examples of Well Property in a sentence

  • Only such Material shall be purchased for or transferred to the Well Property as may be required for immediate use or is reasonably practical and consistent with efficient and economical operations.

  • The previous acquisition of a 15% equity interest in Jiangsu Wanhau by Glory Well Property from the Seller was a de minimis connected transaction for PYI and was exempt from any disclosure or shareholders’ approval requirement under the Listing Rules pursuant to Rule 14A.31(2)(a).

  • The City and County shall have no duty or responsibility to arrange to supply water which will be treated at the Water Treatment Plant from any source other than the Well Facilities and Well Property.
