Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.
Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.
Information Page means https://indices.vontobel.com.
Pricing Page means the pages, contained in wvOASIS or attached as Exhibit A, upon which Vendor should list its proposed price for the Contract Items.
[Signature Page means the page(s) at the end of the Plan entitled "Signature Page."
Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.
Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, “Title Page” means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work’s title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.
Tier 2 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least twenty-four thousand (24,000) Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.
Please Initial Client also expressly indemnifies GPT for any future liabilities, either administrative, civil, or criminal related to the improper use by Client or its assigns of any and all documentation that is provided to Client by GPT pursuant to this Agreement. Tier 1 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that contain at least four (4) Fiber- based Collocators, at least thirty-eight thousand (38,000) Business Lines, or both. Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those CenturyLink tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.
Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.
Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -
Cover Page means the top page of the original solicitation on which the solicitation is identified by number. Offerors are cautioned that Amendments may modify information provided on the Cover Page.

Wire Center means the location of one (1) or more local switching systems. It is also a point at which End User’s loops within a defined geographic area converge. Such local loops may be served by one (1) or more Central Office Switches within such premises.
Moderate sedation means a drug-induced depression of consciousness during which patients respond purposefully to verbal commands, either alone or accompanied by light tactile stimulation. No interventions are required to maintain a patent airway, and spontaneous ventilation is adequate. Cardiovascular function is usually maintained.

URGENT CARE CENTER means a healthcare center either affiliated with a hospital or other institution or independently owned and operated. These centers may also be referred to as walk-in centers.

Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.
Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure
Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.
