On any Payment Date with respect to any outstanding Variable Funding Notes with a Variable Funding Balance greater than $0, equal to the least of (i) a per annum rate to LIBOR plus the VFN Spread, (ii) (a) the Weighted Average Net Loan Rate of the Mortgage Loans in Group I, minus (b) a rate equal to, on or prior to the Payment Date in September 2005, interest payable on the Class A-IO Notes divided by the aggregate outstanding Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, and (iii) 13.00% per annum.
