Weekly Mode definition

Weekly Mode means the Mode during which all or any part of the 2024 Series E-2 Bonds bear interest at the Weekly Rate.
Weekly Mode means, with respect to the Bonds, the mode of bearing interest thereon at a Weekly Rate.
Weekly Mode has the meaning set forth in Appendix A to the Ordinance. “Weekly Rate” has the meaning set forth in Appendix A to the Ordinance.

Examples of Weekly Mode in a sentence

  • The interest rate for Bonds in a Weekly Mode shall be determined in the following manner.

  • Interest accrued on the Bonds during each Interest Period shall be paid on the next succeeding Interest Payment Date and, while the Bonds are in a Weekly Mode or a Monthly Mode, shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as appropriate, for the actual number of days elapsed and, while the Bonds are in a Semiannual Mode, an Annual Mode or a Multiyear Mode, shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and twelve 30-day months.

  • The Remarketing Agent shall determine the initial Weekly Rate on or before the date of issue in or of conversion to the Weekly Mode, which rate shall remain in effect as provided in the Agreement.

  • Optional Tenders of Bonds in the Daily Mode, the Weekly Mode or the R-FLOATs Mode 48 SECTION 4.07.

  • If a new Interest Period for such Bonds is not selected by the Borrower prior to the Business Day next preceding the Purchase Date for the Interest Period for such Bonds then in effect, or if a Favorable Opinion of Bond Counsel is not then delivered to the Trustee in respect of the change in Interest Period, the new Interest Period for such Bonds shall be the Weekly Mode.


More Definitions of Weekly Mode

Weekly Mode means an Interest Mode during which the interest rate on the Bonds is determined in weekly intervals as set forth in the Indenture.
Weekly Mode means an Interest Mode during which the interest rate on the Bonds is determined in weekly intervals as set forth in Section 203(c) hereof.
Weekly Mode means the Mode during which a Series of Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
