Web Product definition

Web Product means a Product otherwise conforming to the above definition of a Desktop Product, which runs entirely within a web browser, such that the only instantiations of the Component are made within the browser environment under the control of a remote web server.

Web Product means the Licensed Content, including all local, regional and national content, formatted, compressed, modified and adapted for use on any digital media platform or player, whether now existing or hereafter developed, including handheld mobile devices and GSM or CDMA-enabled devices.

Examples of Web Product in a sentence

  • Each individual that is granted access to a Web Product during the applicable Term of an Order Form shall count as a User, with the exception that, upon termination of an employment or contracting relationship with any User, Customer may transfer the applicable license to a new User.

  • EMED will not independently develop any such software and will not include any such software (other than that developed by or in cooperation with AWARE under this Agreement) in the Web Product or any product that is competitive with the Web Product.

  • The rights and obligations of AWARE and EMED with respect to the Web Product and the related Licensed Software (as defined in Section 2.01 of this Agreement), and with respect to the Joint Product (as defined Article III of this Agreement)shall be governed exclusively by this Agreement, and not by the 1997 Agreement.

  • Subject to any preferences accorded to any party in the Existing Arrangements, the DealerTrack Companies will give preferred placement of CREDCO Products on the DealerTrack Web Product, as determined by DealerTrack in its reasonable discretion.

  • NO FEAR will provide reasonable Purchaser support services and facilities to handle complaints by Purchasers, NO FEAR Web Product returns, Purchaser refunds, and other Purchaser service requests.

  • NO FEAR shall provide SPY with ongoing NF Web Product inventory information.

  • Promptly after the date of this Agreement, AWARE will ---------- publicly announce that it has enlarged its exclusive relationship with EMED and that EMED and AWARE are making a commitment to the Web Product.
