All armed guards shall have received training and licensing in accordance with Act 235 of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, October 10, 1974, as amended (Lethal Weapons Training) and such training and licenses as may be required under laws now in effect or may be enacted later.
Authorization, however, is limited to individuals who have completed firearms training pursuant to the Lethal Weapons Training Act (Act 235) and maintain current Act 235 Certification.

The Weapons Training Battalion (WTBn) is the Federal entity with primary occupancy and control over the facilities listed in Paragraph 5.a(7) of this MOA.
