The term (“Term”) of this Agreement will begin on your next meter read date after your Local Utility processes your enrollment with XOOM and will continue for twelve (12) months. After the initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew for an additional twelve (12) month renewal term until terminated in writing by XOOM or you as provided in this Agreement. You will receive a written notice forty-five (45) days before the end of your initial Term. Acceptance into the Program: These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your Local Utility. You will be promptly notified upon acceptance or if you are not accepted into the program.
