Wawa Gift Card definition
Wawa Gift Card means, for purposes of this Agreement, an e-gift card distributed electronically via email through which the consideration being made available to members of Tier One and Tier Two, defined below, shall receive their direct settlement benefits from Wawa. The Wawa Gift Cards shall be fully transferable, shall be usable by printing or by display on a phone through a mobile app or otherwise, shall not expire in less than one year, and shall be usable toward the purchase of any item (including fuel if the fuel purchase is completed inside a Wawa store) sold at Wawa stores, excluding cigarettes and other tobacco or nicotine delivery products. Wawa Gift Cards shall be usable multiple times if the initial transaction is less than their full face value.
