Watson Term Loan definition

Watson Term Loan means that certain Term Loan Agreement dated March 29, 2000 by and between the Company and Watson, as such agreement may be supplemented, amended or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, including, without limitation, by the Third Amendment to the Watson Term Loan as of February 6, 2004.
Watson Term Loan means the term loan in the principal amount of $5,000,000 (as amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time) evidenced by the Watson Note. (b) UCC Terms. Terms defined in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of New York (or in any other State, including, without limitation, the State of Indiana, to the extent that the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in such State is to be applied pursuant to the terms hereof) and not otherwise defined herein are used as therein defined.
