Waterfront Property definition

Waterfront Property means the land area from the pierhead line extending inland to the top of the bank, plus 200 feet inland from the top of the bank.
Waterfront Property means a piece of land fronting on a water body.
Waterfront Property means any parcel of land to which any portion is within 250 feet of the Mean High Water Level of either Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake, or within 250 feet of the approximate edge of the flowing water course of the Seneca Cayuga Canal, Erie Canal or Clyde River bordering Seneca County.

More Definitions of Waterfront Property

Waterfront Property. – shall mean a property abutting a waterbody or water course as defined in the Municipality’s Zoning By-Law.
Waterfront Property means the area of water which is immediately capable of use from the land, together with the area of land adjacent to the water, which is necessary to allow use of the above area of water.
Waterfront Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Single Family Detached Property that, as determined by the CFD Administrator (i) are contiguous to open water or channels of water, or (ii) have a minimum distance to open water or channels of water of no more than 50 feet and are contiguous to parkway or open space parcels that are contiguous to open water or channels of water.
Waterfront Property means any real property abutting upon a state lake.
