Water Treatment Facilities definition

Water Treatment Facilities means the facilities owned and operated by LCC (or an Affiliate), in which Raw Water and/or Clarified Water is treated.
Water Treatment Facilities means the City’s water treatment plants and related assets and facilities, as specifically identified in Appendix 4. The City’s Lake Pleasant WTP is specifically excluded from this definition.
Water Treatment Facilities means those facilities operated by the TOWN necessary to properly treat water to potable standards and store water prior to transmission and distribution.
