Water Supply Disruption definition

Water Supply Disruption means any Water Supply Shortage caused by an earthquake, loss of electrical power, pipeline breakage, or any other threatened or existing water shortage caused by a disaster or facility failure which results in the District's inability to meet the water demands of its customers.
