Water service connections definition

Water service connections means the pipe and appurtenances extending from a public or private water main, or a fire protection connections, to a building and conveying water for all uses, except fire protection.

Water service connections means the terminal end of a service connection from the public potable water system (i.e., where Hyrum City loses jurisdiction and sanitary control over the water at its point of delivery to the consumer's water system). If a meter is installed at the end of the service connection, then the “service connection" means the downstream end of the meter. There should be no unprotected takeoffs from the service line ahead of any meter or backflow prevention device located at a point of delivery to the customer's water system. Service connection also includes water service con- nection from a fire hydrant and all other temporary or emergency water service connections from the public potable water system.   • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;
