Water Reclamation Facility definition

Water Reclamation Facility means a treatment works as defined by Section 212 of the Act. This definition includes any devices and systems used in the storage, treatment, recycling and reclamation of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature that convey wastewater to the Water Reclamation Facility regardless of ownership, but does not include sewers, pipes, and other conveyances not connected to the Water Reclamation Facility. Also referred to as Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW).
Water Reclamation Facility or “WRF” means the facility owned and operated by the City of Sequim for treating and reclaiming wastewater, including wastewater originating in the Carlsborg UGA.
