The County will charge, and the Developer will pay (or cause to be paid), Water Tap-in Fees, Sewer Tap-in Fees, Water Connection Fees, Sewer Connection Fees, Water Meter Installation Fees, Water Meter Application Fees, and any other applicable connection charges as are in effect at the time of each such connection, for each connection to the water and sewer system within and serving the Phase 2 Project (collectively, the “Connection Fees”).
