Wastewater disposal system definition
Wastewater disposal system means the system of pipes, structures, and facilities through which wastewater from a public sewer system or industry is collected and treated for final disposal. Such system must serve a population equivalent of twenty-five or more persons.
Wastewater disposal system means all of the Wastewater Disposal Facilities taken collectively that are operated and maintained by the Department of Public Works.
Wastewater disposal system. – means any facility appurtenant structures or arrangement of devices used for the treatment of sewage and includes the sewer system.
