Waste Connections means Waste Connections, Inc., a Canadian corporation with its headquarters in Ontario, Canada, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries (including but not limited to Waste Connections of Texas), divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
