Warranty Report definition

Warranty Report means the comprehensive report of the findings of A/E pursuant to the inspections, and which must include, but not be necessarily limited to, a list of the items needing replacement, correction, or repair.

  • Upon Construction Manager’s receipt of the Warranty Report, Construction Manager shall correct or cause to be corrected the Defective Work at no expense to Owner.

More Definitions of Warranty Report

Warranty Report means the comprehensive report of the findings of A/E pursuant to the inspections, and which must include, but not be necessarily limited to, a list of the items needing replacement, correction, or repair. Work means, in addition to those items set forth in UGC Section 1.48, the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment that are required of the CMR to manage, implement, and fully construct a Project in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and the Contract Documents for that Project. The Work may include the Preconstruction and Construction Services described in a Construction Manager-at-Risk Agreement and all additional work required by any change orders, and any other work reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. The term “reasonably inferable” includes the understanding of the parties that some minor details of the Work may not be shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications, but they are included in the Work if they are usual and customary components of the Work for a project of the type depicted in the Contract Documents and they are needed to produce a complete and useable facility.
Warranty Report means the comprehensive report of the findings of A/E pursuant to the inspections, and which must include, but not be necessarily limited to, a list of the items needing replacement, correction, or repair. Work means, in addition to those items set forth in UGC Section 1.49, the provision of all, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment that are required of the to manage, implement, and fully construct a Project in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and the Contract Documents for that Project. The Work may include the preconstruction, design, and construction services described in a Design-Build Agreement and all additional work required by any change orders, and any other work reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents.

Related to Warranty Report

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Servicer’s Report means any report of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of the Administration Agreement, substantially in the form acceptable to the Administrator.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group III Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.

  • Collateral Report means any certificate (including any Borrowing Base Certificate), report or other document delivered by any Grantor to the Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to the Collateral pursuant to any Loan Document.
