Warranty Compensation definition

Warranty Compensation has the meaning given such term in Section 4.5(d).
Warranty Compensation means the amounts determined to be payable to Company in accordance with Clause 21.1 and Part C of Schedule 2.
Warranty Compensation means the amounts determined to be payable to CPC in accordance with Clause 17.1 and Part C of Schedule 2.

  • 414(s) Compensation means any definition of compensation that satisfies the nondiscrimination requirements of Code Section 414(s) and the Regulations thereunder.   • Section 415 Compensation means:
