Warrants Shares definition

Warrants Shares means shares of common stock of the Company issuable upon exercise of the Warrants in accordance with the terms hereof.

Warrants Shares means the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

Warrants Shares means the shares of Preferred Stock issued or issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants.

Examples of Warrants Shares in a sentence

• The number of full Warrant Shares that shall be issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant shall be computed on the basis of the aggregate number of Warrants Shares purchasable on exercise of this Warrant so presented.

• The Company shall not be required to issue certificates representing fractions of Shares or Warrants upon the exercise of the Unit Purchase Option, nor shall it be required to issue scrip or pay cash in lieu of any fractional interests, it being the intent of the parties that all fractional interests shall be eliminated by rounding any fraction up to the nearest whole number of Warrants, Shares or other securities, properties or rights.

• The Company is engaged in manufacturing activities of printing of capital market stationery, commercial printing like Text book, Annual Reports etc., security printing like MICR Cheques, Dividend Warrants, Shares & Debenture certificates, Railway tickets and coupons etc., computer stationery, telephone scratch cards, smart cards, recharge coupons and note books etc.

• The text of the Warrants and of the form of election to purchase Warrants Shares shall be substantially as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

More Definitions of Warrants Shares

Warrants Shares has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.2(c).

Warrants Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(d)(i).

Warrants Shares means the Ordinary Shares underlying the ADSs issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.
