Warrant Office definition

Warrant Office means the office or agency of the Issuer at which the Warrant Register shall be maintained and where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, exchange, substitution and transfer, which office or agency will be the office of the Issuer at 0 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 which office or agency may be changed by the Issuer pursuant to notice in writing to the Persons named in the Warrant Register as the holders of the Warrants.
