Merchandise means any personal property offered or sold for use in connection with the funeral, final disposition, memorialization, or interment of human remains, but which is exclusive of interment rights.
Goods means all of the equipment, machinery, and/or other materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract.
Cemetery merchandise means merchandise described in section 4(1)(k)(i).
Distressed merchandise means an alcoholic product in the possession of the

Chattels means all fixtures, furnishings, fittings, appliances, apparatus, equipment, building materials and components, machinery and articles of personal property, of whatever kind or nature, including any replacements, proceeds or products thereof and additions thereto, other than those owned by lessees, now or at any time hereafter intended to be or actually affixed to, attached to, placed upon, or used in any way in connection with the complete and comfortable use, enjoyment, development, occupancy or operation of the Premises, and whether located on or off the Premises.
Farm products means goods, other than standing timber, with respect to which the debtor is engaged in a farming operation and which are:
Inventory is all “inventory” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all merchandise, raw materials, parts, supplies, packing and shipping materials, work in process and finished products, including without limitation such inventory as is temporarily out of Borrower’s custody or possession or in transit and including any returned goods and any documents of title representing any of the above.
Motorcycling Activities means performing or participating in any capacity in any authorised or recognised Motorcycling Organisation event, meeting or activity;
Cemetery means an area of land that is 1000m² or more in extent, used for burying the dead;
Motorcycle means every motor vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact
Crops means any growing vegetative matter used for an agricultural purpose, including forage for grazing and domesticated animals.
Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.
Vehicles all cars, trucks, trailers, construction and earth moving equipment and other vehicles covered by a certificate of title law of any state and all tires and other appurtenances to any of the foregoing.
Wine means a product manufactured by the normal alcoholic fermentation of the juice of sound, ripe grapes, or any other fruit with the usual cellar treatment, and containing not more than 21% of alcohol by volume, including cider made from apples or pears, or both, that contains at least 1/2 of 1% of alcohol by volume, or mead or honey wine made from honey, fermented fruit juices other than grapes, and mixed wine drinks.

This policy covers a covered person’s legal obligation to pay damages for a covered loss over and above the retained limit. If a covered person is legally obligated to pay damages for a loss to which this policy applies, we will pay the net loss minus the retained limit.2. The Limit of Liability as shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage A is the most we will pay for any one loss, regardless of the number of covered persons, persons or organizations injured, claims made, suits brought, or organizations making claims or bringing suits.3. The Policy Total Limit shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage A is the most we will pay for all losses arising out of business operations and/or business property during each policy period. This policy total limit applies separately to the policy period shown on the Declarations Page and to each subsequent consecutive annual period unless the policy period is extended after issuance for an additional period of less than 12 months. Applies to loss which is sustained during the policy period within the policy territory defined in the uninsured motorists insurance (including underinsured motorists) of the automobile liability primary insurer listed in the Umbrella Schedule. DEFENSE AND SETTLEMENTCoverage A‐ Bodily Injury, Personal Injury, Advertising Injury and Property Damage Liability.1. If a claim is made or a suit is brought against a covered person for damages because of a loss to which this insurance applies:
Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:
Recycler - means any person who is engaged in recycling and reprocessing of waste electrical and electronic equipment or assemblies or their components and having facilities as elaborated in the guidelines of Central Pollution Control Board;
Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one per cent or more of alcohol by volume.
