While a Default or Event of Default exists, Lender may refuse to make any additional Warehousing Advances to Borrower.
This Agreement provides for the making and repayment of Warehousing Advances by Lender (in its capacity as a lender) and Borrower (in its capacity as a borrower), for the payment of interest on those Warehousing Advances and for the payment of certain fees by Borrower to Lender.
Lender will make the requested Warehousing Advance as soon as reasonably possible following the occurrence of such an event.
If all Warehousing Advances have been paid in full and the Warehousing Commitment has expired or has been terminated, Lender will remit any excess to Borrower.
