WAPT definition

WAPT for any Calculation Period, the weighted average payment term (calculated in months) for all Receivables, as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar quarter.
WAPT means, at any time of determination with respect to all Pool Receivables, computed as of the last day of each Fiscal Month, the weighted average (based on the Outstanding Balances of such Pool Receivables) Payment Terms of all Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool as of the last day of such Fiscal Month. For such purpose, “Payment Terms” means, with respect to any Pool Receivable, the difference, (expressed as a number of days), between (a) the date such Pool Receivable was originated by the applicable Originator and (b) the stated due date for payment of such Pool Receivable.
