WAPI definition

WAPI means the application program interface that allows parties or co-developers to develop software that interacts with the Client/Server Derivative Works. *Confidential portions omitted and filed separately with the Commission.

The amount payable by Party B to Party A in respect of the Accumulation Period shall be the Calculation Amount determined in respect of the Accumulation Period End Date minus an amount equal to the product of the Initial Price multiplied by the Number of Shares. Such amount shall be paid by Party B to Party A on the second Business Day following the Accumulation Period End Date.
WAPI shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement. "WAPI Stock" shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.8.

Related to WAPI

  • Manifest tracking number means the alphanumeric identification number (i.e., a unique three letter suffix preceded by nine numerical digits), which is pre-printed in Item 4 of the Manifest by a registered source.
