Wanapum Development Output definition

Wanapum Development Output means the amount of power and energy produced by said Development during the term of this contract under the operating conditions which exist during said term including periods when the said Development may be inoperable after corrections for encroachment, station and Project use, and depletions required by said Federal Power Commission License.

  • The Wanapum Development Output shall be determined from totalized readings from said meters after making corrections specified in subsection 2(f) hereof.

  • All revenues derived by the District from the sale of the Wanapum Development Output to the Purchasers, together with payments by the District for power and energy reserved by it from the Development, and all revenues from the Wanapum Development from sources other than the sale of power, shall be segregated, deposited and held separate and apart from all other revenues of the District, and shall be devoted to the payments provided for in the Bond Resolution.

  • Deviations from schedules for the Wanapum Development Output shall be held to a minimum by the District and corrected for as promptly as possible on an hourly basis under conditions as nearly equivalent as possible to those obtaining when the deviations occurred.

  • The Purchaser may schedule more or less than its share of the Wanapum Development Output determined in accordance with subsection 6(b) hereof by scheduling from or to a pondage account established for each Purchaser.

  • Pursuant to the Distribution Equivalent Right, within 45 days following the end of each fiscal quarter for which a cash distribution is made with respect to Common Units, the Participant shall be entitled to receive a cash payment with respect to each Phantom Unit then outstanding equal to the cash distribution made by the Partnership with respect to each Common Unit.

  • The District reserves thirty six and one−half percent (36−1/2%) of the said Wanapum Development Output and shall be entitled to the power and energy thus reserved and to the rights and privileges associated therewith and subject to the same obligations, including those provided in Section 21 hereof, but excepting those recited in Section 13 hereof, as it would have if the District were one of the Purchasers and had rights, privileges and obligations similar to those of the Purchasers.

  • Payments by the District as specified in this subsection 5(g) shall be made by the District out of revenues from the sale of its reserved share of the Wanapum Development Output specified in subsection 3(b) hereof.

  • The District agrees to sell to the Purchaser and the Purchaser agrees to purchase, solely from the gross revenues of the Purchaser's light and power system, for the benefit of consumers in the State of Washington, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 21 hereof, ten and eight−tenths percent (10.8%) of the Wanapum Development Output.

  • The District shall pay into the Revenue Fund established by the Bond Resolution that share of the Annual Power Costs of the Wanapum Development determined by multiplying said Annual Power Costs by the percentage of the Wanapum Development Output reserved by the District in accordance with subsection 3(b) hereof.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development begins to be carried out other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations, investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying of services, erection of any temporary means of enclosure, the temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” or “Toolkit” or “Development Toolkit” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio. Machine means a device on which a DS Offering is executed and which is either (1) (i) (a) belonging to Customer or under its sole control or supervision and (b) located on Customer’s premises or according to Teleworking conditions, or (ii) authorized by Customer according to its own information technology charter or equivalent whereby third party devices (such as Users own devices) are specifically authorized, or (2) operated by a third party service provider as specifically authorized in the Agreement solely for and on behalf of Customer. Product Portfolio means a set of information related to the DS Offerings available at xxxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/product-portfolio/licensed-programs. Remote Access means, if so specified in the Product Portfolio, that Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users may access and use the DS Offering remotely via the Internet from any country (subject inter alia to the export and re-export laws and regulations provisions of the Agreement). Teleworking means any program authorized by and for the benefit of Customer to enable its employees to work outside its own premises, using information and communication technology (or equivalent program established by a Customer entitled to Academic Use of the DS Offerings for its Users). Any use of DS Offerings while Teleworking is authorized if all of the following conditions are at all times met: (a) Customer’s employees do so on Machine(s) connected to Customer's network (e.g. via Virtual Private Network), (b) Customer is able to provide access to such Machine(s) during a compliance verification according to the Agreement, and (c) Customer’s employees use the DS Offerings for Customer’s exclusive internal needs. Same use is authorized for Users of a Customer entitled to Academic Use of the DS Offerings. User means any (a) Customer’s employee, or (b) employee of Customer’s consultant(s) or subcontractor(s) (i) who accesses a DS Offering,

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:
