  • If we or you cancel the contract between us, then as soon as we are permitted to do so (and normally within 5 Business Days after you contacted us where you cancel this contract) we will return any Balance remaining on your WALLETTO IBAN account (after the deduction of all pending Transactions and applicable Fees) to you.

  • However, the combination of no actual road traffic noise assessment and no fixed advice for façade treatments is potentially risky.

  • We may also cancel the contract with you with immediate effect and/ or suspend your WALLETTO IBAN account (including access to it via the Co-Brand Website) if we believe your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or WALLETTO Cards are deliberately being used by you or anyone else to commit fraud or for other illegal purposes.

  • By accepting these Terms and Conditions and by applying for your WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards, you agree to pay the applicable Fees relating to your use of the WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards.

Related to WALLETTO IBAN account

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Retention Account means an interest bearing Dollar account of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened jointly by the Borrowers with the Account Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Agent to be a Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;
