Wall Street Journal Prime Rate definition

Wall Street Journal Prime Rate means the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate, as published and defined in The Wall Street Journal.
Wall Street Journal Prime Rate means the highest rate published from time to time by the Wall Street Journal as the “prime rate,” or, in the event the Wall Street Journal ceases publication of the prime rate, the base, reference or other rate then designated by the Agent, in its sole and absolute discretion, for general commercial loan reference purposes, it being understood that such rate is a reference rate, not necessarily the lowest, established from time to time, which serves as the basis upon which effective interest rates are calculated for loans making reference thereto.
Wall Street Journal Prime Rate means the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate quoted by the Bank from the Wall Street Journal or any successor thereto.

Wall Street Journal Prime Rate means the prime rate of interest for commercial borrowings published from time to time by the Wall Street Journal, provided that if at any time the Wall Street Journal ceases to be published or ceases to publish such prime rate, Payee shall select a nationally recognized substitute publication comparable to the Wall Street Journal for use in determining such prime rate, and Payee shall provide written notice to Maker of any such substitution.
