wali Hakim definition

wali Hakim means a jurunikah who has been authorised by general appointment by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan to give away a woman in marriage in accordance with Hukum Syara’;
wali Hakim means a wali appointed and authorized by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri under section 6(3) to give away in marriage a woman who has no wali from nasab;
wali Hakim means a wali appointed and commissioned under subsection (3) of section 7;
