Examples of VWH in a sentence

  • Should any dispute between Parties and/or any VWH member and Nautilus arising from the interpretation of any one or more clauses in either this agreement and/or the appended and/or later to be appended regulations, prove impossible to solve by said Parties, the claiming Party is to notify the other Party in writing.

  • Should no resolution be achieved within said two-month period, a dispute between Parties and/or any VWH member and Nautilus shall be recognised as such if and when either one of the Parties or the VWH member in question informs the other Party, in writing, of the existence of said dispute.
