Vulnerable Group definition

Vulnerable Group means any group of Inuit who have historically faced or are currently facing barriers, difficulties, deprivation, unfair discrimination or other disadvantage in relation to housing or housing programs and who are able to maintain a home and live independently including:
Vulnerable Group means a vulnerable group within the Project Affected People such as female-headed households, the landless, disabled and elderly people as well as poor families.

Vulnerable Group means any one of the following groups of persons: Orphans, households affected by HIV/AIDS, destitute women, the Batwa, internally displaced persons, returnees, the handicapped, and the youth.

Vulnerable Group means a “population within a country that has specific characteristics that make it at a higher risk of needing humanitarian assistance than others or being excluded from financial and social services such as women, disability person, children, indigenous people, migrant workers and people, LGBTQI+, third- party contracted labor, contractors and community.
