The Provider acknowledges that the Authority has legal responsibilities under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Group Act 2006 (the “SVG Act (as amended)”) (as amended under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012) and in providing the Services under this Contract, the Provider warrants that it will comply with all requirements under the SVG Act (as amended) and all other relevant legislation in relation to safeguarding vulnerable group.
