VTMs has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.01(b).
VTMs means Variable Toll Message Signs “WBS” means a Work Breakdown Structure. “WDP” means Workforce Development Plan. “WQCV” means Water Quality Capture Volume “WTVI” means Working Time Violations Incidents
