VTI Technology definition

VTI Technology means Technology owned by or licensed to VTI and used hereunder to develop the VTI Products, but excluding MathStar Technology.

  • VTI shall own all rights, title and interest in and to all VTI Technology and any Derivative Works thereof, including all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • New Technology means methods, products, processes and procedures developed through science or research;

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.
