Unless specifically required or approved by VSW and authorized through a written amendment signed by both parties, the General Provisions of this Contract supersede any provisions in other appendices.
VSW reserves the right to renew based on satisfactory performance of the Consultant as well as other factors.
The Consultant, for a period of five years after the final payment under this Contract, agrees to furnish and provide access to all retained materials at the request of VSW or the Community.
