VPN Connection definition

VPN Connection means a layer 3 connection that allows End-Users to establish multipoint-to-multipoint connections; L3 VPN Service means L3 VPN Connection and/or L3 VPN Service Port;
VPN Connection means (1) a VPN connection between a Service Item and the Server that is pre- configured within the SINEMA Remote Connect Management Software and (2) a VPN connection between the Server and an User Account that is pre-configured within the SINEMA Remote Connect Management Software.
VPN Connection means a layer 3 connection that allows End-Users to establish multipoint-to-multipoint connections, excluding any L3 VPN Gigabit Connection; L3 VPN Gigabit Connection means a high speed (at least 1Gbps) layer 3 connection that allows End-Users to establish multipoint-to-multipoint connections; L3 VPN Service means (a) L3 VPN Connection and/or L3 VPN Service Port or (b) a L3 VPN Gigabit Connection; L3 VPN Service Port means the physical port whereby L3 VPN Connection (or as the case may be, L3 VPN Gigabit Connection) will be delivered to the End-User; L3 VPN Virtual Routing Domain means a layer 3 Virtual Private Network (VPN) whereby any L3 VPN Connection (or as the case may be, any L3 VPN Gigabit Connection) can communicate with any L3 VPN Connection (or as the case may be, any L3 VPN Gigabit Connection) of the same virtual routing domain. Each L3 VPN Virtual Routing Domain shall be configured with a Class of Service and only L3 VPN Connection (or as the case may be, any L3 VPN Gigabit Connection) of the same Class of Service can join this L3 VPN Virtual Routing Domain. Only unicast IP traffic will be carried in this L3 VPN Virtual Routing Domain. For the avoidance of doubt, the L3 VPN Virtual Routing Domain created under this Service Schedule has its own pricing, terms and conditions, and is different from the L3 Virtual Routing Domain under the Service Schedule for L3 Virtual Routing Domain Setup Service; NBAP L3 VPN Service Port has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 6.1; Peak Information Rate (PIR) means the maximum bandwidth that a L3 VPN Connection (or as the case may be, L3 VPN Gigabit Connection)can reach over the A- B segment of the diagram in the definition of “QoS”, in the absence of any sort of traffic aggregation, congestion or multiplexing; Quality of Service or (QoS) means the service levels committed for ensuring delivery of services over the A-B segment of the diagram below, measured by Jitter, Latency and Packet Loss as set out in the table in paragraphs 4.2(c) and 4.7(d); Service Port ID means an identification number assigned by Nucleus Connect to a L3 VPN Service Port that has been provisioned for the Contracting QP; Symmetrical means equal bandwidth for Uplink and Downlink (between the End- User and the Aggregation Network); and Uplink means bandwidth in the upstream direction (from the End-User to the Aggregation Network).

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:
